AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Powwow Jewellery ship to most destinations in Australia.
Deliveries will take 3 – 5 working days. You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched.
We use: Express Post / Registered
NB: We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes – you will need to supply a Street Address. A signature may be needed to collect the parcel. Usually a note would be left in you mail box to collect parcel at nearest Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Powwow Jewellery ship to most destinations in the world. You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched.
International deliveries will take 7-21 days (It may take longer due to custmon clearance). We use registered post international.
NB: All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%)
Taxes and duties maybe applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
NB: Powwow Jewellery must comply with Australian export regulation and we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We also are prohibited by law from making order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

International Delivery Costs
New Zealand – All packages $25.00 AUD
Other International destinations – All packages $25.00 AUD Depending on destination.

GST & TAXES

GST is already factored into the retail price which is in $AUD.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST- this will be taken of at time of payment.
Taxes and Duties maybe applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Customs duties and foreign taxes which may apply will rest with the customer.
