NATIONAL DELIVERIES.

Powwow Jewellery ship to most destinations in Australia.
Deliveries will take 3 - 5 working days. You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched.
We use: Express Post / Registered
NB: We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes - you will need to supply a Street Address. A signature may be needed to collect the parcel. Usually a note would be left in you mail box to collect parcel at nearest Post Office.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Powwow Jewellery ship to most destinations in the world. You will be notified when your parcel has been dispatched.
International deliveries will take 7-21 days (It may take longer due to custmon clearance). We use registered post international.
NB: All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%)
Taxes and duties maybe applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
NB: Powwow Jewellery must comply with Australian export regulation and we are required by law to declare the exact value of all items and mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We also are prohibited by law from making order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

International Delivery Costs
New Zealand - All packages $25.00 AUD
Other International destinations - All packages $25.00 AUD Depending on destination.

GST & TAXES

GST is already factored into the retail price which is in $AUD.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST- this will be taken of at time of payment.
Taxes and Duties maybe applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Customs duties and foreign taxes which may apply will rest with the customer.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY


Returns request must be made within 7 working days of purchase.

Powwow Jewellery will provide you with a refund or exchange when goods:

            - are faulty (upon purchase).
            - are different to the product that was ordered.

We will reimburse documented shipping charges for the return of goods when one of the matters above applies.
If you wish for a refund, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original card of purchase.

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase

Product must be in original condition, unworn. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.
 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange a product we will be happy to assist you providing the item meets exchange policy criteria.Please contact us within 7working days of purchase and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours.

Please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase - Product must be in original condition and unworn. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

EXCLUSIONS

- Powwow Jewellery cannot offer an exchange or refund for sale items.
- Due to health regulations, pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund except when it is faulty.

- where the product has sustained damage due to accident, inappropriate use, lack of reasonable care.


 

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

Email sales@powwow.com.au to obtain a return request authorization form and a (RN) return / exchange number.
Once your return exchange has been approved, you will receive a RN number. Fill out the returns form and send with the returned item/s to:

Unfortunately Powwow Jewellery will not be held accountable for any items lost in the mail so - We recommend you return any item via Registered Express Post.
